Youth employment is a core passion of the Afrizan Academy as we continue to enable not only learning but experiential learning opportunities, fostering the employability of South Africa’s Youth. YES is the only South African job creation program that is recognized on the B-BBEE scorecard. By partnering with the Afrizan Academy, organisations are guaranteed to move up at least one B-BEE level.

is a bespoke Afrizan solution designed in collaboration with our corporate clients which enables real quality work experience to occur whilst enabling smaller businesses the ability to run this program without having to host the youth. With over 10 years of running youth initiatives, we know how to implement, manage and recruit for programs from beginning to end whilst keeping the youth engaged which is a critical success factor to ensuring the B-BBEE benefit. To top it all off, we guarantee the absorption points through the facilitation of employment opportunities either with ourselves or our partners.
