Youth XLS is dedicated to developing young South African talent and equipping them with skills and knowledge that will benefit any organization. We recognize that what graduates and school leavers need the most are skills and experience in order to secure a prosperous career, we provide them with the tools needed to achieve this.

Help us turn the tide on youth unemployment and become involved in a youth employment accelerator that is making a difference in South Africa. The Cadet programme offers clients the opportunity to partner in this unique and exciting experiential learning and South African job creation initiative that has already made a measurable difference in the lives of unemployed graduates and school leavers. We follow a strict four-part admission process which considers areas such as attitude, aptitude, EQ and learning agility.
